Carrying on from game consoles The wii , playstation and xbox 360 (the last generation of gaming console 2006- 2013) where all amazing media players themselves but leading them all was sonys playstion as it had so many options to for media streaming. It was blueray compatible, had acsess to youtube, bbc iplayer, itv player, 4OD, Netflix, lovefilms, video unlimited, Sonys very own collection of movies on the playstation store and most importantly media streaming from bluetooth this allowed devices such as a laptop to connect bluetooth wise to the playstation and then stream from there. This is definitely very useful (well i found it usefull to stream my own videos for recallation).
